Drawing on over 15 years of experience in strategic transformation for operational excellence in financial services, she specializes in strategic risk transformation initiatives with executive-level engagement at major financial institutions.
Iruka takes on challenges related to operating model design, risk management, and regulatory compliance. She ensures that the structure of the team is aligned for success.
She partners with clients as an advisor, analyst, and program manager. She works with Finance, Risk Management, Operations, and Technology leadership to oversee and manage cross-stream projects.
Iruka is currently developing a framework that will help financial institutions improve operational capabilities in producing disclosures on ESG/sustainability efforts and deficiencies.
