Members of the Collective and our guests agree to the following:
- We care about the planet and all of its creatures.
- We show up on time.
- We keep our promises.
- We respect each other with language that is non-judgemental, compassionate and empathetic.
- We respect each other’s time by keeping to the task.
- We practice active listening, listen more than we talk, don’t interrupt.
- We acknowledge what we heard, ask clarifying questions, provide constructive feedback.
- We give others the chance to speak and don’t dominate conversations.
- We use the Collective as a place to gather, share and help.
- We don’t use it to advertise our businesses or sell things to other members.
