Personally, Manon is deeply motivated to rebuild our connection to nature. As a proud supporter of small, local, and regenerative businesses. Manon leads a climate-positive lifestyle where she tries to create and be part of value-webs.
Since 2021, she has been a leader of Eco-East, a volunteer climate action group in eastern Ontario inspiring a love and respect for nature.
With Manon’s skills in facilitation and agile project management, she helps teams bring clarity to their intentions and focus to their actions.
Manon spent the last 25+ years designing learning experiences where she lets people’s inherent curiosity and desire for play be the guiding principles.
To allow that, Manon creates structured, functional environments where people feel free to let their imagination take over to solve problems and bridge divides that previously seemed insurmountable.
