What is the format of the course?
The course consists of 8 modules. Each module has a video component, prompts for reflection, and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
Once a week we will meet together for a live one-hour Zoom session where we will call upon our collective skills and knowledge to explore potentials and address challenges.
What is the time commitment?
We want you to get the most out of this course – and ultimately you will get out what you put in. Each week there will be videos to watch, practices to complete and live sessions to attend. The course will run for 8 weeks. The time commitment will vary, but you can expect to spend 2-4 hours each week.
